A space to come back to yourself

Life can be noisy.

We're constantly doing, thinking, responding, planning and moving on to the next thing. Sometimes we don't realise how disconnected we've become from ourselves until we finally stop.

The Space Within is a series of intimate monthly Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Gong immersions designed to give you that space.

Each two-hour experience explores a different seasonal theme through a carefully chosen combination of movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and deep relaxation with the gong.

These aren't weekly yoga classes.

They're spacious, immersive experiences where you can step out of everyday life for a couple of hours, shift your energy and reconnect with yourself.

With only six people in each immersion, the experience is small, personal and welcoming.

You don't need any previous experience of Kundalini Yoga.

Come exactly as you are.

Autumn is a natural point of transition.

After the movement and outward energy of summer, this three-part series is an invitation to come back to yourself.

To reset your energy.

Release what you're ready to leave behind.

And reconnect with your own inner light as the days begin to darken.

Each immersion is a complete experience in itself, so you can choose the theme that speaks to you or join all three for the full seasonal journey.

September often feels like a second New Year.

Summer is ending, routines are returning and there can be a natural desire to get back on track. But rather than rushing straight into doing more, this workshop is an opportunity to pause and reset.

Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and gong, we'll work with practices to clear stagnant energy, quieten mental noise and reconnect with ourselves before moving into the months ahead.

Come if you're feeling scattered, sluggish, overwhelmed or simply ready for a fresh start.

We carry more than we realise.

Old thoughts. Tension. Expectations. Habits. Emotions. Things we've outgrown but somehow haven't quite put down.

This workshop is an opportunity to explore release—not by forcing anything away, but by creating movement and space.

Using Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, mantra, meditation and gong, we'll work with practices that support clearing, movement and letting go.

A morning to breathe out, put something down and make a little more room for what comes next.

INNER LIGHT


Sunday 8 November Ā· 10am–12pm

As the days become shorter and the world outside gets darker, this workshop turns the focus inward.

INNER LIGHT is about reconnecting with the energy, strength and steadiness that already exist within you.

Through an energising Kundalini Yoga practice, meditation, mantra and deep relaxation with the gong, we'll explore practices that help us stay connected to ourselves when life feels busy, heavy or demanding.

You don't need to wait for the outside world to feel light to find some within yourself.

The three Autumn workshops have been designed to create a natural journey through the season, but there is no requirement to attend them all.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE GOOD AT YOGA

You don't need to be flexible.

You don't need to be able to sit cross-legged for two hours.

And you definitely don't need to know anything about Kundalini Yoga.

The Space Within is for you if you're craving time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience something that goes a little deeper than a conventional exercise class.

You might be feeling stressed, stuck, disconnected or simply curious.

You might already have a yoga or meditation practice, or this might be completely new to you.

All you need is a willingness to come as you are and experience the practice for yourself.

Hi, I'm Carly

I'm a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Human Design Practitioner based in Alton.

I discovered Kundalini Yoga during a period of change in my own life and was drawn to the way the practice brings together movement, breath, meditation, mantra and sound.

What I love most is that you don't have to be good at it.

You don't need to perform, achieve or perfect anything.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth and accessible. I'll explain what we're doing and why, but I'll always encourage you to have your own experience rather than telling you what you should feel.

The Space Within is the kind of experience I love creating: small groups, meaningful practices and enough time and space to actually settle into them.
