Your Energy Reset

Mondays can feel heavy — full inboxes, long to-do lists, and the pressure to get straight into action. Your Energy Reset is a weekly online Kundalini yoga class designed to help you shake off the stress, clear your head, and recharge your energy for the week ahead.

No experience needed — just bring yourself as you are. These sessions are practical, accessible, and made for real life.

The Energy Series is a new monthly Kundalini Yoga experience to help you reconnect, recharge and reset. Each 90-minute session combines movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and the gong to move energy through the body, clear stress from the system, and bring you back to your natural rhythm.

A nervous system-led Kundalini workshop for leaders and busy minds. Breath, movement, meditation and gong to help you reset, regulate and lead from steadiness. Enjoy an Ancient & Brave Cacoa before the class in the beautiful Barnsgrove venue.
