My work is about helping people stay true to themselves in relationship with others.

I support visionary leaders, creatives, founders, and change-makers who care about how they communicate, lead, and relate — at work, at home, and in the spaces where responsibility and connection meet.

To understand your natural way of operating, express yourself more clearly, and move through relationships with greater confidence and steadiness.

This work goes beyond surface-level communication tips. I work at the intersection of psychology-informed coaching, somatic and yogic practices, and energy-aware frameworks to help people understand why patterns repeat, the roles they unconsciously carry, and how to create sustainable change.

Before this, I spent 15+ years leading marketing teams and transformation programmes across FTSE 250 organisations and fast-growing businesses, following an earlier career in television. I’ve seen first-hand how misalignment and unspoken expectations quietly erode trust, wellbeing, and performance.

Today, I work with individuals, couples, business partners, families, and teams who want to relate differently — with more honesty, clearer boundaries, and less friction.

My role is not to tell you who to be or how to lead. It’s to help you see yourself more clearly in relationship — and create change from there.
