My work is about helping visionary leaders, creatives, and founders stay energetically aligned, true to themselves, and clear in how they lead — so their work can have the impact it’s meant to.

Whether you're shifting direction, building something bold, or navigating change, I help you return to your core, access your natural way of operating, and lead with clarity, confidence, and ease.

That’s what success looks like to me: Supporting the changemakers so they can stay connected to their vision — and themselves.

I’m a coach, consultant and teacher with a background in Human Design, yogic science, and transformational systems that integrate the energetic with the strategic.

Before this, I spent 15+ years leading marketing teams and large-scale transformation programmes for FTSE 250 companies and startups — and earlier still, worked in television, a fast-paced creative world that taught me a lot about performance, pressure, and the cost of pushing past your energetic limits.

In 2016, I left my career in London and began a deeper journey — one that led me to Human Design, Kundalini, and a more aligned way of living and leading. What began as personal healing became the foundation for the work I now offer others.

Today, I support individuals and teams through leadership evolution, career alignment, and energy-aware team dynamics — blending grounded strategy with deep energetic clarity.
