A focused 60–90 minute session to bring clarity to a specific situation, decision or dynamic.

If something feels stuck, heavy or unclear — this is where we start.

We look at what’s going on, where the friction is, and what needs to shift. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s going on — and what to do next.

You leave with:

A deeper 1:1 engagement over 3–6 months to shift how you work, lead and make decisions.
