Decoding Ourselves: A Human Design Workshop That Shifted How We Work Together
Challenge
Six Agency is a dynamic brand, culture and digital experience partner based out of Bristol. They specialise in helping organisations shape meaningful experiences that connect with people — not just customers, but colleagues, stakeholders and communities.
Following a period of significant change, a new leadership and management structure had been established and with several new senior key hires joining the business, there was a clear need to build deeper self-awareness and create stronger connections across the team.
Using Human Design as a lens, the objective was to help each person understand what enables them to thrive, recognise the unique strengths they each bring, and build the confidence and cohesion needed to drive the business toward its vision.
Solution
Carly used the Energetic Org Chart™ to help each person understand their unique design and how the team’s energy fits together. Having the workshop in person was invaluable as she led us through each team member, with sensitivity and insight.
The session created a safe, open environment where we could explore our personal design, understand our natural decision-making styles, energy patterns and communication preferences, and reflect on how these show up day-to-day at work.
Through guided exercises, group discussion, and practical application, we learned not only more about ourselves, but how our differences complement one another to create a stronger, more aligned leadership group.
