Understand people.

Work better together.

Even high-performing teams can struggle with communication, conflicting priorities and different ways of working.

I help leaders and teams understand what's happening beneath the surface, navigate challenges and find more effective ways of working together.

Great teams aren't built on everyone being the same.

Different personalities and ways of working can be a team's greatest strength. But without understanding, those differences can create frustration and friction.

Whether it's a leadership team struggling to align, a manager finding it difficult to get the best from their people or a team that's delivering results but not working well together, the answer isn't always another process.

Sometimes it's simply about helping people understand themselves and each other.

How I help organisations

Leadership coaching

Helping leaders navigate challenges, build self-awareness and lead in ways that work for them and their teams.

Team development

Helping teams understand their differences, improve communication and work more effectively together.

Change & transformation

Supporting the human side of change, helping people navigate uncertainty, shifting expectations and new ways of working.

Understanding differences changes how teams work.

Every team is made up of people who think, communicate and make decisions differently.

I combine over 20 years of leadership and business transformation experience with coaching and practical team development.

Where useful, I also draw on Human Design as a framework for reflection, helping people explore their individual differences and how those differences show up at work.

It's not about labelling people or expecting everyone to work in the same way.

It's about turning understanding into better conversations, stronger relationships and more effective teams.

  • “Carly’s session helped us navigate a tricky moment of change in the team. After someone left, tensions had been high — but the session gave us tools to understand each other better. Now there’s more trust, more openness, and we’ve come out stronger and more connected as a team.”
